Refund Policy for Services
Customers may request a refund for service cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Refunds for services will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Service rescheduling is permitted once per session if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests should be submitted through the contact form.
Due to the nature of live training sessions, no refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session. This policy ensures resource allocation and scheduling integrity.
Informational Products
Informational products include digital courses, ebooks, and downloadable content designed to enhance your AI expertise.
Refund Policy for Informational Products
Refunds for informational products may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
No refunds are provided if any part of the product has been accessed or downloaded, ensuring protection of intellectual property rights.
Physical Goods
Physical goods sold through our platform include printed materials, merchandise, and related items.
